place is a rip off if you own a dog want 50 dollars more a month plus 500 deposit you are never going to see so that is 600 dollars more a year for a dog. I live in oak park il and wanted to move up to dells for my retirement but after dealing with this place find a private owner and stay away from this dump run dont walk

Just to tell everyone alittle bit of this place. There is a new manager there, named Roxanne. She really is nice to your face, but once you sign that lease, she doesn't give a damn about who you are. Another thing to know, when you sign your lease, they also tell you to sign the paper for the transfer of electricity to your name. Then a couple weeks later, the electrical company will contact you, to let you know that you have to drive to Adams Friendship to show a photo ID and to make a deposit of anywhere from $200 to $400 or more, or they will shut off your electricity. Something that Wisconsin Management doesn't tell you until it is too late, because you have sign the lease. Make sure you keep good records there.

So, to sum it up, if you find an apartment and it is owned by Wisconsin Management, I would run like HELL the other way.

In 28 yrs of renting never have wanted to move from a appartment as much as this place. The property manager Roxanne is a poor excuse for a property manager,she is rude,clueless,and has no time for you.I was walked away from ,had the office door shut in my face and told she had no time for me,but she sure likes to put notes on your door,twice I recieved privite notes on my door that were for another renter.I also had the pleasure of meeting the person in charge of Roxanne, lets just say she said she hired Roxanne because she remined her of her self. I will never look at or rent from any properties of Wisconsin Management again,and everyone I know inclueding people that still live at this complex who cant wait to get out said they will be doing the same.Heather Fuller is in the Madison office over looking the Lake Delton location if you ever have to deal with her watch your back and hold on to your pocketbook.One thing I should tell you is dont let the outside of the place fool you,looks are decieving.I could go on,but I wasted enough time in and on this place just hope this helps someone from going though the same thing I did and make sure you read everthing on the lease before signing it,I made that mistake and it cost me 600.00 on my 12 month lease and was told that was to bad the lease was signed and I was out the money.

P.S. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO RENT FROM THERE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP VERY GOOD RECORDS OF YOUR RENT AND ELECTRICAL BILL.
