Mission Duct Cleaning

Negative *s . I bought a groupon for Mission vent cleaning which in turn sends another company. First they called to reschedule 5x! Second; They would not honor the groupon at all and tried to negotiate a price. Guy showed up in a mini van not even a vent cleaning truck. I verified when making the apt what the groupon was covered for. It says right on it "DRYER VENT CLEANING" he said no. DUH. Don't bother with either companies... Mission 866-261-0761 or "Best Vent" 201-455-4511. Also when you call they transfer you to CA & AZ locations to give you the run around. Try to make u feel bad that there was an emergency with the technician. LIES I've spoken to a Jessi, Samantha & Diane. This is a SCAM!!!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Look at the yelp reviews as well... the 5 star rating below was done about the same time and is probably someone who works for the "company". I bought a groupon for Mission's service. After the "company" confirmed my appointment stating a technician would be at my home between 3 and 5pm, NO ONE showed up. I called and called with no answer from the company. When I finally got an answer, I questioned where the tech was (5:30pm) and then the girl hung up on me after playing dumb about it. See the Baltimore address they use on this site. It's the address for the Baltimore Hilton Hotel....NOT THE AIR DUCT COMPANY. Don't give them your money. They WILL scam you.

I had Mission Duct Cleaning at my home to clean my air ducts for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. The technicians were very professional, clean, and very informative and I liked learning what was in my ducts since I've never had this cleaning done before. Will recommend to friends and family!! Loved this service!
