The Glass Man

They came on a Sunday after scheduling to be there on Saturday. Took down all window coverings and put new windows in. Did not seal the inside of windows and did not put any window coverings back up before leaving. Two weeks later they seal the windows and only put up one window covering. It is very hot in Bakersfield and to go two weeks without sealing windows is outrageous! To date the outside has not been finished. Beyond frustrated!

Fast and affordable. Overall great service. I use them for all my window service .

I almost didn't didn't use these guys because of the other review. They did put in another window for me once before so I decided to go ahead....Mistake......Forget about service after the sale. The rubber seals on one window needed to to be pushed in better. I called 3 times to have them fix it. They said they'd come out on 2 different occasions. They never showed.

I would not use this guy for window service. He replace a sliding glass door and sold me a new window according to him and the window got moisture inside within two days. I called him and he said that the window was under warranty and he would come and replace it as soon as a new one came to his shop. He never showed up or called me back. I kept calling and he kept making excuses. After a while he would not answer his phone anymore. HE DOES NOT HAVE A WORD. Please be aware of this guy, he will rip you off.
