I'm a disabled Combat Veteran who requires a hot tub for continued therapy due to injuries sustained in combat. In 2014 home and leisure employees removed a hot tub from my property at the instruction of my exwife. I purchased a new spa in 2015 from home and leisure . I paid almost $6000.00 in cash and the spa was delivered. I had existing 220 power which ran the previous hot tub with no issue what so ever.
The hot tub was delivered with the 110 power jumper in place the "technician" Kelly and her nephew Jason to my house with a "new" mother board, it was installed with the same 110 jumper in place. This burned out the mother board again. The "technician" Kelly told me the power was wired wrong I had two different certified electricians come and check the power ( two legs of 110 , a neutral and ground. All connected correctly.)
I went today and tried to get them to take the spa and was told basicly too bad.
Do not spend your money to purchase anything from this business!

We recently moved into a new home and decided we wanted another gas insert fireplace for our new home. Since we bought our first one at the Home and Leisure Supper Store, we decided to go there for our second one since we had a great experience there the first time. This time was no different. After a year of enjoying our new fireplace, we had a little accident and brushed a Swiffer brush across the ceramic glass window while the fire was on. It left a messy smear on the glass. We followed the instructions in the owner's manual and the smudge would not come off. So we called Home and Leisure and asked them to get us a quote for a new ceramic glass window. We got a call back a short time later and they suggested we use this special cleaner that they carry. They offered it to us for free to try so we tried it and it worked like a champ. That saved us about $400 and now we are enjoying our gas insert fireplace once again. Thanks Home and Leisure.
