Burlington Homes

I rented from Burlington Homes along Old River place in the Southwest part of town and initially I thought I found a great location I was correct yet quite the opposite with management. I have been renting for years and tried not to bother management unless needed. I kept the apartment in tact as I knew I would not be living there for a long period of time. I have had 2 other friends rent and made friends with neighbors. The location is good but sadly the crime is on the rise and with that management states that they have nothing to do with what they label an "isolated" incident. I have had conversations with other tenants who have encountered the same issue with management in which they could care less about crime. They over price the apartments and do not care about the tenants. I am happy to say I am out and I am beyond words when they took 90% of the deposit in which employees have already warned me that they are all about profit and could care less about tenants needs.
