Terrible! Welded copper tubing to my AC unit....ended up leaking freon! Called and made an appointment to fix it....4 hours later, still have not shown up or made a courtesy call saying they would be late! Third time they have been called to fix the same problem....the employee who showed up last time was rude and without any COMMON COURTESY to me as a customer.....actually said that he "hopes that he doesn't have to come out here again"...apparently they're too busy refixing their screw ups that they can't make their appointments on time. I am completely disgusted with their incompetence and lack of professionalism.
