Advanced Cleanup Technologies, founded in 1992, is a spill response contracting company for the petrochemical industry and government agencies throughout the western United States. Its capabilities include response management for inland spills, manufacturing plants, petrochemical and power plants and highway and container spills and is a decontamination specialist. Its waste management services include waste handling, packaging and disposal of hazardous and nonhazardous waste and a wide range of waste transportation options, such as roll-off bins and trucks and vacuum trucks. The company maintains a fleet of marine vehicles for spill response and marine facilities services and decontamination equipment. It also specializes in environmental cleaning and is approved by the California Department of Fish and Game and Office of Oil Spill Prevention and Response. Its rescue team completes a 40-hour classroom and field training courses. Advanced Cleanup is headquartered in Rancho Dominguez, Calif., with four branch offices in the state.
