I'd have to say I would find a homeless person to help me do work as they would be grateful to make money. I was told by Del himself he would take care of things but it comes down to where he makes more money and he would get to me when it works out for him. WHAT!!! I put a ad in Craigslist and the gentleman said he will come over and take a look after his job that day. He came over at 8pm after working 14 hours and took out his calendar and said he could start the work on Sat(his day off) because I told him our problem. We have sold our house and needed all carpets cleaned, painted, and the sills on windows painted.(4800$). We gladly paid at the end of the job and saved 1000$. Del gives a good game up front but then he shows his true colors after. There are MUCH better business people out there who still are honest and keep their word. This man is not! Oh! Don't call him too much and ask when he will get to the job because he will say its raining, another job or some other poor excuse. Use him if he the LAST person you can use.
When you need help with handyman services, you can rely on Del. He is very responsive to requests, does excellent work, and prices his work fairly. He put in three rooms of baseboard trim that look very professional. He cleaned the hallway carpet unbelievably well. I had thought it a lost cause because of so much abuse by the tenants tracking in everything on their shoes and boots. The apartment house smells good, looks good, and has so many improvements. You will enjoy working with him. He is easy going, pleasant, and does a great job.
