BUYER BEWARE! We had a verbal agreement (even shook hands after we test drove it) to buy a Jeep from Cecil. We purchased our 1 way airfare from Cleveland, Oh to fly down and pick it up. A couple days before we were to fly down, he called to say he had been driving the Jeep (even though it was sold) and heard a noise and was taking it to a shop to have looked at. After 2 weeks of me texting him to get updates, he told me today he is not selling it to us. Now I'm out 2 1-way tickets. If I could give him a 0 star rating, I would.
