I have been specializing exclusively in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since completing my fellowship in 2000. That is, I perform only cosmetic or plastic surgery from the shoulders up (facelifts, necklifts, rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, etc.). I founded the Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center in 2001 in Avon, Connecticut and was the first board certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in the greater Hartford area. My practice philosophies: 1. I do not offer or perform any treatments or surgeries that I would not have done to myself or have done to a family member. 2. All non-surgical treatments (Botox, Restylane, Radiesse injections, etc.) and surgical treatments are performed by me. There are no "residents in training" or nurses performing these procedures for me. 3. My goal is to make my patients look refreshed and more youthful, for their facial features to be in balance and harmony. Most importantly the patient needs to look natural witho ut any signs of intervention. I feel that artistry is just as important as the basic science when it comes to plastic surgery. Dr. Stanislaw is double-board certified in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery and personally administers cosmetic injections. We offer fillers such as Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Ultra Plus and Sculptra, a bio-stimulator, Botox and Dysport. Cosmetic procedures include rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, facelift/necklift, cervical liposuction, upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid), lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid), brow-lift, chin and lip augmentation, otoplasty, removal of benign lesions (moles), scar revision, earlobe repairs and vascular malformations.

Licensed Medical Estheticians are available for advanced medical skincare treatment including microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Our estheticians also work with adolescents for the treatment of acne in collaboration with Dr. Stanislaw. We offer skincare consultations and carry prescription and medical-grade skincare products including Obagi, SkinCeuticals and PCA. Customized makeup consultations are available to color match you for Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup. Additional services include waxing, brow and last tinting and sunless tanning.
