        Overall

        A quick comment which I am sure is not reflective of the police department. My experience has been that a) they were initially unsure whether they performed VIN / Odometer verification services and b) once they found out they were responsible for doing them, they opted not to do so. I am inclined to think, with their recent turnover, that they will simply be better informed as to what they can do and how to do it.
