Zbranek and the team have done the entire renovation of my hull apartment (bathroom, electricity, stucco, wood paint, pipes, etc). I had spoken with several parties and this offer + communication and planning was by far the best. He could always answer all my substantive questions. They quickly delivered what was agreed, even while I was also on vacation for a part. In addition, I like that they proactively think along and are helpful, which was nice since this was my first renovation. Zbranek also clearly states what is (technically) not possible and does nothing without consultation, making it a good collaboration. In addition, they are nice people who work nicely.
