Unprofessional and unresponsive. Do not use this company.



I am renter and my landlord uses the company for my air conditioning and heating units. Last year when I needed the furnace turned on, Don came out the same day and was very nice. This year, when I called to have the furnace turned on, it turned out that a repair was needed before they would be able to turn it on. To make a long story short, Don couldn't complete the repair himself, so he needed some time to find someone that could.

I was understanding and willing to wait a day or two but it has now been two weeks since my initial call. Each day goes like - I re-arrange my work schedule so that I can be available to leave and meet him at my house. He hasn't called by three, so I call him and leave a message (because he doesn't answer the phone). He doesn't return my call, so I call my landlord. My landlord talks to him and assures me he is coming that day. Repeat.



I would have called another company 12 days ago but I'm at the mercy of my landlord and the company he will pay for. I will update when/if this is resolved.

I came back from out of town late at night to find my air conditioner not working. I called Tabor Air Condition & Heating LLC and they called me back the next day. Don, the technician, called me around noon and said he will come to my house within the hour. He came by approximately 30 minutes later and fixed my unit right away. He was very nice and friendly and explained to me that the condensor motor needed to be replaced. He replaced it and charged me an extremelly reasonable price. About three hours later, my unit was working but not cooling enough. I called Don a second time the same day at around 5pm and he came back in about 15 minutes. He inspected it again and added some freeon and cleaned my air conditioning unit. He did not charge me for his services the second time because he said he had not fixed it in the morning. He also told me that if I had any more problems to give him a call again.
