Cool Choice Heating & Air Conditioning

Our AC just went out last night and it is the end of JUNE in AUSTIN! We are having 100+ degree weather! I called and Joey was here the next morning. He was just obviously a kind, good hearted person who prides himself in his work. He offered me a lot of options and explained everything. His prices were really more than fair--lower than I expected, plus he gave me 10% off for GO Local!

We have dealt with lots of repair folks in the past year and this was my only positive experience! I can recommend him easily and I know anyone who needs assistance will be glad they called him.

Very helpful and customer friendly. Joey was prompt and curtious. They went all the way to help me with questions even after I choose to install a circuit board on my own. A+ family friendly.

I strive to be the very best at what I do and I take pride in my work, work ethic, and my overall knowledge of the equipment I service and repair. When you hire me you're hiring the owner of the company, the holder of the state license, not just some worker that may or may not be that knowledgeable about the equipment.

I know Joe personally and trust him to fix my a/c at my house. I recommend him to my friends because he's honest and I know he's not out to make a quick buck. Every time I've called him he's been there to help me. He always knows what the problem is with my unit, and luckily he's been able to keep it going for as long as it has. When it's time to replace it I will definitely have him replace it for me.
