I was very pleased with my experience in getting my bumper repaired on my 2015 Toyota Rav4. Everything was done like clockwork from getting my car delivered to them, renting a vehicle while mine was in the shop, to working with Nationwide for my insurance needs, to picking up my vehicle on time stated, and to returning my rental vehicle to Enterprize with the great help and efficiency expertise help from Ernest and Charles at the body shop!! Kudos to them both!

Jason and Charlie were super helpful! Very thorough and would call to check in occasionally. I really didn’t know what to expect when my vehicle was towed to Auto Nation Collision Center but they really did make it a much better process. Thanks again guys! I have the best experience with this Toyota, I am new to the area and I’ve never dealt with a shop here. Toyota take care of my car quickly, efficiently and they were very kind throughout the entire process. Charles and Lewis in the service department are absolutely wonderful, and my business will always be there, with them.
