We called Austin Backline in early in March for our SXSW showcase. The price was quoted fast and they offered free delivery during the festival. We paid by credit card and received an emailed receipt confirmation. The gear was on-site and set up when we arrived. Candido showed up just before showtime to make sure we were happy with everything.
