Sonic Drive-In

Felt dissatisfied with the customer service, carhops were lacking in enthusiasm and cheerfulness. Employees were loud while my order was being taken. Person taking the order did not seem very happy, they seemed annoyed and I felt as if their anger was being directed towards me with the order. Order was just thrown in the bag and un-neat. Car hops were not washing their hands as often as they should. I looked through the window into the front and the stations looked disorganized, messy, unprofessional. Bathrooms were not very clean. The service was over all not that great. Their reply time was slow, I felt ignored and unimportant as the customer. I enjoy the food, but they really need to work on their kindness, cheerfulness, speed, reply time, cleanliness and hygiene.
