I closed on my home 01/16/2018, I have had more problem with my home, the window are cheap wind comes in, the floors coming up not enough glue they have had to come back, the decking of the up stairs floors in hallway and the master bedroom loud when walking on them, air coming from under the back doors did not put the wood for the threshold on the doors, dents in the back of the ovens, who ever put the ovens in the wall just knew that we would not ever pull them out of the wall and when the ovens was pulled out of the wall they were not up to code I had to call the county to come out look at what they had approved. When the ovens were pulled out I took picture of the junction box and wiring, the person that pull the ovens out stated this could burn your house down and we could have died the junction box were wrong and the wrong wiring, when calling the Henry county speaking with them he stated that he would call me back but he called the builder and he was at my house in 10mins and henry co was there in 20mins, once coming to my home they knew they did not check and this was a short cut. I had to stay on them about this the builder from Winchester just look at it and ask me to send the picture to him he didn't care if we had die or what he did even try to call us back about the short cut they has done we had to call Winchester and put it on the system. Winchester homes sent someone out for the nail pops and messed up the sheetrock and my wall the painter could not fix it and now they have to come back repair the wall. there are so many problem with this house, it start with the cheap cabinets and then the counter tops, in the hall bathroom they cut into the frame of the door to put my counter top on. The people they have to work for them they need to let go and hire people who wants to a good job for they. They use cheap products . bad builder
