At Allegiant we specialize in Primary Care medical billing. It is our pledge and our honor to serve our clients with integrity, and to obtain the most error free, most hassle free, and most prompt return of the revenues for their medical services! Our service 'stands out' in the crowd because we are prompt, we employ powerful software using HealthPac, and we know how to give meaningful data and feedback to our clients. This return of information allows our client practices to see their strengths and to identify their weaknesses. Continued feedback of data lets our clients know when they are improving their practices, their success, and their profitability! Allegiant Medical Billing began as the billing office for Covenant Multispecialty Group in Martinez, Georgia. Our billing success was so good we decided to ?go on the road? and offer our skills and success to other practices. The new company was born, and we have been serving Covenant Multispecialty Group and other medical groups ever since. Allegiant boasts that we have the fastest claim turn-around times that we have ever seen in primary care practices. For example, while the average turn around time in pediatrics is 32 days, we average between 16 and 17 days! We have similar success on other specialties as well. The key to our success is our staff of dedicated and hard working billing specialists.

Service providers include: Alan Getts, MD came to the Augusta area in 1984 with the Army - and has remained here ever since. In his career he has become board certified in Pediatrics and in Adolescent Medicine. Dr. Getts now has 30 years of experience as a pediatrician, and he is very aware of the need for quality care for chidlren after the normal office hours. Dr. Getts is a husband and father, a musician like Jonathan, and an avid gulfer. Jonathan Samaha, PA-C grew up in Augusta and attended Alleluia Community School, then Augusta State University and finally Georgia Regents University. His first degree was in piano performance, and he enjoys music of all types but especially enjoys it as a ministry. Jonathan is a husband and father of two! We are so glad he changed his studies to medicine so he could work with us! Crystal Stephens, PA-C is an Augusta native who attended Toccoa Falls College and Georgia Regents University. Crystal is a newly wed who enjoys spending her time with her husband, painting and being creative around their house. Crystal always knew she wanted to work with children, so after Physician Assistant school, Kids Prompt Care is the perfect place for her!
