Flooring
Construction of a 5,600 square foot flagship store for the Seattle market. The building’s interior features offices with tile/carpet flooring, wood ceilings, and custom casework. The exterior of the store included a storefront upgrade with custom Parklex panels and metal accents.
Door Installation/Replacement
Framing
This 36,000 square foot sanctuary includes a 1,600 seat auditorium, a 400 seat chapel and a large lobby. The building consists of concrete and wood framing, built on compacted stone piers with concrete foundations and walls. Construction included all services needed for a turn-key building.
Tile Installation
This project consisted of the interior build-out of a 1,622 square foot tenant space located in Auburn, Washington. As the new home of Franciscan Medical Group’s Breast Imaging Center, construction of the new medical office consisted of imaging rooms, dressing rooms, staff break rooms and support areas. The completed medical facility includes wood slat ceilings, luxury vinyl tile flooring, and a custom reception desk area.
Fireplaces
The Gathering Place was designed to be completely convertible and useful year-round. Aluminum bi-fold doors were installed along the exterior of the entire structure. When completely open, canopies are formed around the building. The complete structure features tongue & groove cedar ceilings, polished concrete floors, exposed glulam beams, and a custom indoor / outdoor fireplace.

New Construction
Demolition
At 81,000 square feet, this existing property was purchased by Heritage Bank to consolidate their back-office operations into one location. Construction featured an extensive demolition and remodel.

Landscaping and Fencing

Landscaping
The Poulsbo Retail project consisted of a 9,000 square foot wood framed retail building, and a 3,000 square foot car wash. The completed project features horizontal and vertical Hardie siding with CMU veneer wainscot. Both the retail building and car wash feature a tower with exposed rafters. Donovan Brothers was responsible for all associated site work and landscaping.
Fencing
The Cedar River Station project consists of the construction of three 7,000 square foot CMU and metal-frame buildings. Donovan Brothers self-performed the building foundation concrete, and was responsible for completing utility work and other site work, including site concrete, CTB, paving, fencing and landscaping.
