Placer Motor Parts

I don't understand how some people stay in business , when their attitude towards customer service is "f-u". I ordered some parts from an older "gentleman" there. He was very arrogant and makes you feel dumb for even asking questions. The other gentleman with the pony tail was very helpful and explained everything well. Surprisingly enough the one with the poor attitutude was the owner. Long story short I ordered parts and they didn't arrive when he said they would. I asked him for an eta and he said "I don't know". I prepaid for this item and he didn't know? He didn't call to ask the company for an eta. Needless to say I asked for a refund and he said why? Do u really need to ask , why? He cursed me up and down and said get out of his store. My wife called back to smooth everything out and he still had the nerve to charge me 20% restock fee. Perfect! Stay away from this place! Poor customer service. Thanks
