Mai's Nails

First off I've had bad experiences at the grass valley shop but not half as bad as the auburn location. I went in asking for a glitter ombre, but ended up getting just a regular sparkle tip. Throughout doing my nails the lady was really rough with me and was not giving me what I wanted. She didn't give me what I wanted at all and made my tips WAY too thick and refused to fix them after I had paid her $48. She refused to fix them even though while she was poorly doing my nails stopped twice to do other people's waxes and take breaks. In the end I went down the street to magic nails by Kmart and got amazing service by them. They fixed my nails right up without a hassle and treated me very well. I'm never going back to either Mais nails. I've been warned about them in the past but still thought it was the nicest out of all the other nail salons. I was very wrong, I would never recommend them.

I've been going to Mai"s Nails for about 5 years and have had nothing but wonderful people waiting on me. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and I have.
