Tom Brown seems to be a kind hearted attorney. Unfortunately his staff is rude, un-kind, and do not follow through on ANYTHING!!!! I am constantly having to call & remind them to do their job. I basically do it for them. Julie P. his ASST. is very rude, sarcastic, she "plays" dumb & acts as if she doesn't what your talking about. When you "catch" he on a mistake she full on kisses your butt, so you don't' go over her head. She should not be working at this firm, because she DOES not like her job. It's that obvious! I would also say, she is most likely say she is Bi-polar as well. As for his other asst. Nancy K. she is another rude, dis-respectful woman. Haven't had much contact with her but, anytime I have ever talked to her she has been RUDE!!!! Attorney Tom B. Brown seems to be compassionate & caring after you get to know him. He really should consider firing and re-hiring friendlier , kinder people. The 2 above ASST. I mentioned are also a hinder to my case. They are rude to the doctors staff that they work with on my case, which DOES NOT HELP. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with these woman. I would say go elsewhere.
