Peter initially installed the first few units in our neighborhood for Lennar (Renaissance) and has been maintaining my neighbors unit now for 15-years. I started using him this year for our systems annual maintenance. He is the only one who took both of my furnaces apart and also cleaned the blower motors and the blower blades as well as run a complete check on the furnace units. As for the air conditioning units he also cleaned the compressor cooling fins and checked the unit for freeon and the electrical parts.

Recently, we had him give us a quote for replacement of both (2-units) furnaces and air conditioning units. He didn’t try to oversell us, which I respected, stating that there is an efficiency cost vs payback point. We took his advise and didn’t over purchase more than what was needed. He also found out that the builder under sized our furnace for the ground floor and suggested increasing the btus for faster heating in the morning. We have a 2-story home and the complete replacement was handled within 2 and 1/2 days.
