Tiger Tire And Auto

This service is not ethical or caring! Do not use! They had my car stored on there off site lot, and it had been striped for parts. When they notified us all and ask what we would like to do about it, all I asked for is a list off the missing parts. They said they would provide that for us but they never gave it to us and have since put us on a do not service list and has told us they got rid of the car!

My Mercedes had two problems. Both were corrected in two trips for a total of four hours wait time. During this time I observed a professional, efficient and courteous team in the office and in the shop. These folks are straight up. They tell and show you what is the problem, how long it takes to correct and what is the approximate, and very fair, cost. Thanks Shane and Tiger Tire.

Have taken my cars there for over 7 years. Always stood by their work. Great tire prices. Good service. Will continue to go there.

My washer fluid reservoir was busted while my car was being towed, and they said, no that couldn't have happened. They will not even come back and look at my car to investigate. it was fine when it left my house, and when it got to the repair shop it poured out. They say that the reservoir is under the hood, but mine runs all the way down to the undercarriage of the car in the front. I used them because I have AAA, but will never use them again!

Horrible customer service. After working on my vehicle, it began making a knocking noise. I took the car back (the same day) and asked them to take a look at it. I was treated with total disrespect and told that I could not be seen at the time. As someone with an infant child, I was worried and took the car somewhere else (even though this company should take enough pride in their work to check over a vehicle they maintenance). I was treated great by the guys at Best Tire and Auto. I wouldn't go to Tiger Tire again if all four of my tires fell off right in front of their shop. I will tell as many people as possible how terrible they are so no one else will be treated with such little respect as I was.

I just saw a Tiger towing truck In Phenix city. I assume he was working out at the gym because he wasn't in his truck nor in the parking lot looking at any cars. However, He did park at a stop sign and took up over half the road. You would thing he could park in a parking space or even two. Disrespectful no way you ever get my business. Hope your anytime fitness workout was worth it.

I had my vehicle towed here by them (a AAA tow service). I needed a transmission, which they quoted as a used one. The good news: done on time

I have been a customer for 5 years now. The staff at Tiger Tire takes the time to fully explain your situation and only performs repairs needed on your car. The customer is first and the staff shops all parts suppliers to get you the best deal. I fully trust Shane and Kevin and recommend Tiger Tire to anyone who wants the job done right at a fair price!

I, along with my entire office staff have used Tiger Tire & Auto for years. They have always been honest and professional with us. The owner is always available to answer any questions I may have. I do not hesitate to recommend them for any size repair work. In fact, my two kids know to go there with any problems they have with their cars and Tiger Tire always takes care of them and calls me when they are finished. I fully trust these guys!

Unfornately this is the only company in Auburn that AAA uses. I had car trouble this pass weekend and the person who came to help told me that Tiger Tire and auto could fix Volvos. If they can or not I will never know because they gave me the run around all day. In the end after i had driven all the way to Auburn from Montgomery on the assumption my car would be ready the manager tells me he never talked to me, and my car would not be ready until tomorrow. Liar, liar, liar I ended up having it towed back to montgomery. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE CAR TROUBLE IN AUBURN AND AAA SEND THEM OUT GET THEM TO TOW YOU ANYWHERE BUT TIGER TIRE AND AUTO!. The manager is totally unprofessional. How he got the job and kept it is beyond me. I will be filing a better business conplaint.

Good place and the guys get the work done quick. All the work i've had done here has been top knotch and the prices have been reasonable. Good job guys!
