Overall

Rude, on the phone. Horrible service. claim it will only be 29.00 to get someone out but then unless you pay 110.00 there's no guarantee of when that person will actually come. this company is a RIPOFF. Charging 110.00 just to dispatch someone and that doesn't include the work.
