Markman Children's Programs

My child has been going to this day care for a couple years and at first it was nice . Some of the staff are nice. But there have been some incidents where instead of Markman calling us they leave it till we pick our child to tell us what happened. There have been times where accidents reports have not been done. the staff was aware that our child had a fall or another child struck our child with a blunt object and we was not aware of it. We heard it from our child and when we addressed it to them they looked at us like if they never new about it. The Old Markman where my child stays is not clean. They are closed the first week in November every year. We have to either stay home or try to set up a baby sitter, that week they are closed is charged to us. Staff can be neglectful. Very poor day care, looking for another place.
