Friendly service. I came in for my appointment for oil change and as always walking in they greeted me very pleasantly again. Bill was great and very friendly to everyone that comes in.

Very knowledgeable about Mitsubishi, also extremely courteous and helpful with explaining every vehicle.

I went to East Coast Collision Center after my car was hit in the middle of the night, no note by the way. But I had to have it towed and repaired so I called ECCC because I bought the car a few years ago from Courtesy. Just like my car buying experience, these guys were great to work with and had my car repaired in less than a week, 2 days less than they previously thought it would take.

Received quick, immediate and compete service without an appointment this week. I am a repeat customer and each time I go for car care and repair it is always the same result- excellent service and excellent repairs.

I have now purchased 2 new vehicles from Courtesy. The service is better than I have ever experienced at any other dealership. They have always honored their warranty. I would definitely buy from them again as they are a very good company.

The sales guy that I worked with was very knowledgeable. I loved that he knew all about the Mitsubishis but also many of the other makes and models that just happen to be on the lot. He was also really patient with me and all of my questions as well. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and I think that I why I ended up buying my car from Courtesy.

I had the best experience at this dealership. I think I really lucked out with my salesman too, I think his name was Jim but I am not positive, I was so excited about my car that I missed a few small details. Either way, he was fantastic as were many of the cars on the lot. But Jim made the whole experience hassle free and I never felt pressured or like I had to jump through hoops. All I got from Courtesy was honestly and integrity and of course my new eclipse; which is awesome!

I have purchased 2 cars now from Courtesy Mitsubishi and have had great experiences. They are always honest, great to work with, courteous, but always HONEST. I have never felt pressured or worried that I was getting the run-around.

I wish I had, but I did not buy my car from Courtesy. Next go round I will, but for now I just get my Lancer serviced here. The guys in the service department are awesome mechanics. Anytime I have brought my car in they get right to work and repairs happen relatively quickly, and have never had problems. To be fair though, the car is pretty awesome!

I am really REALLY surprised to read the negative below me, maybe that customer had an off day? My family has 2 cars purchased from Courtesy. Our sales guy on the last purchase was very helpful. He negotiated the price with us so it would fit our budget. The car was being sold right at the blue book value and we got it off the lot for even lower. This is a great dealership for used cars, especially Mitsubishi's (obviously!)

I did not know what car I needed, but I knew the price range I was looking for and I know I wanted a good car that would last me. After searching for countless hours, I bought the first car I test drove here at Courtesy Mitsubishi. The sales guy was amazing, very friendly and knew so much about cars and what I would need. I was very impressed with this dealership, the sales guy (wish I could remember his name!) really went above and beyond.

I didn't buy my car here, but I use them for service because they are awesome. Everyone is extremely helpful and polite, they wash your car every time you bring it in, and you can even just bring your car in to be washed for free. They gave me a free race inspection, and another time they gave me a free detail when i waited longer than they said i would for my brake pads to be changed. I hadn't even made an appointment, i just showed up to have my brake pads done.

Purchased my car from Courtesy Mitsubishi. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. Service is second to none the best.

Wow, I can still see the look on my son's face when we gave him his first car! Courtesy Mitsubishi was hassle free and sold us a good quality car for a first time driver. We will be coming back in a few years for our other son!

Normally, I would rather go to the dentist than go to a car dealership. I feel like they are trying harder to rip me off than my rich email friends in Africa. On the other hand, the guys at Courtesy Mitsubishi treat you like a friend. It's a good dealership and had a good selection of cars and trucks on the lot. I got in and out with a great deal in two hours.

Where else can you go and look, sit and touch the cars without a salesperson coming out to attack you as soon as you head over to the car. We love seeing what vehicles they have out on the lot. Also, you get to check out the new Makes and Models. This is one tradition that will stay because we love coming here.

I was in need of a new car as I do a lot of traveling for my job throughout New England. Due to a divorce, my credit has taken a hit over the past few years. Even with my credit being the way it is, Courtesy was able to get me approved :)
