        Very courteous and knowledgeab...

        Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. The tech explained every thing in lay-mans terms not fancy words that a rocket science could only understand. I didn't feel like I was being talked into services I didn't need or want. Their rates are very competitive. Overall I feel like they were actually concerned for me and my families safety and not just another customer. The owner actually called me to make sure I was completely satisfied with their service. I will definitely be calling them again for all my chimney or dryer vent needs.
