Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Reservations are not excepted here, waited 3 hours for a table. We didn't receive our appetizers until we received main course. A member of party received their steak burnt and crispy and never received a new one. The waitress rarely checked on us. Also was charged more than what was on the bill. Overall the worst experience I have ever had

Service was horrible.. Waitress didn't check on us, took almost 3 hr's for a table after the said it was a two hour wait..food took over and hour for half of our party..food was missing and when complained to manager he said " what do you want me yo do?" I will never come back I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

This is the second time recently that we have had lunch at this location. The service was terrible. It took and hour to get 1/2 sandwich & salad. We had to ask for water refills and the waiter never followed up but once through our meal!! The restroom was out of towels and only one soap dispenser had soap and the restaurant was not very clean.

Good variety of food & good atmosphere. It would be nice though if they let big groups make reservations
