I needed a replacement part for a faucet set on a kitchen sink. I searched the manufacturer website, and local distributors to no avail. Bob , at Southern Pipe and Supply talked to me, looked for the part and offered to check with the manufacturer, Long story short , he convinced the manufacturer to supply a complete $80 assembly just to get the part I needed. He went out of the way and spent a good deal of of time on something that didn't make him a dime. I was very impressed and will go back to them when I need anything else.

They never answer there phones!! They say they will order what you need and it will be there tomorrow uhh NO!! Do not waste your time with this place!! Just like everything else in this part if Alabama its just plain AWFUL!!!
