Do NOT do business with these housing pirates. They claim to be with the trade show or conference, but they are fat liars. Most of the good reviews on this site are fakes. This company received an F from the Better Business Bureau. We have been telling them for YEARS to stop calling us, but they continue to call.

Absolutely should not be in business! They booked me 5 nights at the Hampton Inn Salt Lake City for $225.00 per night which was a 3 star hotel. When I got the confirmation they said it was not available so changed me to the Rodeway Inn a 1 star hotel. I cancelled due to this and they will not return my deposit stating that I signed, which I did for the Hampton Inn. Stay clear! Terrible business practices.

We booked 6 nights with Global Housing in a Las Vegas hotel for a trade show and added another night about a month later. Upon arrival, the hotel only had reservations for 1 night and the rest of the booking was cancelled. When we asked Global Housing for a solution, they blindly sent a voucher with an incorrect check out date and incorrect number of beds. We ended up solving the problem ourselves and got money back from our credit card company. Beware and do not book anything through Global Housing.

Overall

This company blatantly misrepresents themselves. They start by claiming they're with the tradeshow or event, but then get extremely evasive when it comes to obtaining their business name, address, and phone number. They are a scam, and do not honor requests to be removed from their list and cease further phone calls

This has to be the most rude and unprofessional organization I have ever talked to. After 15+ calls asking if I would like to book a corporate rate for conference I have had enough.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Adam Green is a very unprofessional individual. He is the main head there and misrepresents the hotels that he supposedly works with. I have contacted the hotels he is claiming to be affiliated with and the y have no record of him. THEY ARE A SCAM. They will move your reservations because they do not have any contracts with hotels. He will try to give you a better rate at the hotel you are currently booked at, but cant! So instead he will have you sign a strict cancellation policy and then move you to another hotel. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADAM GREEN! Google the company and see all the other cease and desists they have received from different trade shows.

This is hands down the most unprofessional, outdated, incapable housing service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My first complaint is that GHC reached out to me with the guise that they were affiliated with the cable show my company was attending. After discussing our hotel needs, GHC said they could accommodate me, sent me a poorly drawn up housing form, and then I didn't hear from them. 2 weeks later, after the ACTUAL cable show affiliate contacted me, I contacted GHC, only to find out that the original reservations I made, could not be accommodated. After reading the many poor reviews, I decided to cancel with GHC for the specific reason that they promised to accommodated me at one place, were unable to, and did not call me to inform me, and also because of their dishonesty. Now they are trying to charge me a total of $4219.38 between the deposit and 25% cancellation fee. I have already sent a dispute letter from my lawyer and evidence of their failure to comply to the credit card company. They called me again today, stating that my status was pending and that it had not been canceled. I told "ADAM GREEN" that I had made it perfectly clear that I would be canceling, would not be paying any charges, and that they would not be getting our business. After not relenting, I hung up on Adam. Shortly after, I received an email from Adam stating that I'd be charged the 25% cancellation fee, and also that my hanging up on him was "unprofessional". HAH!

**Update, they just tried to charge me another $1600 after I cancelled. I had to threaten to call the authorities to get them to actually cancel my reservation. We'll see if it works.

Horrible company. I'm pretty sure they are a predatory vendor. They called me pretending to be with another organization. After putting a deposit down my travel agent warned me against it saying we may not get our hotels we tried to book.

They wound up charging me $563 to cancel.

I had a similar terrible experience. They called claiming they were "hired by" the convention company I was a vendor for. They put me and my colleague in a hotel with terrible reviews and notorious for bedbugs. They booked us for 5 nights each and when we asked to switch, they jacked the rate to more than double the rate per night.

Not a trustworthy company. Will quote you one rate for a contract, change the rate when the contract is signed, and then charge you a cancellation fee or bill your credit card for the full amount anyways. Avoid dealing with them.
