Dr. Kopyltsova and her team are such nice and welcoming people. My issues were heard, addressed, and were met with both insights and preventative actions (future appointments and referrals). They were all prompt, efficient, and just such a pleasure to be around!

dr and nurse were both was kind and patient. They gave me a lot of information and in a clear manor. The receptionist was not very kind though. Both seemed impatient and like they didn’t have the patients to talk to anyone at all.

The doctor and the nurse practitioner (Krystal) were, in an understatement, phenomenal! They were so throughout in explaining every detail in a clear and calm language. I felt genuinely listened to and comforted. An allergy test in undoubtedly an uncomfortable experience but they somehow put me at a "spa-like" ease. I felt like I was with a friend but also someone so competent and in control. They are obviously intelligent in their field but exceed expectations in their communication and bedside manner. I wish I could have them for all my medical needs. I feel completely confident with my health in their hands and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Dr. Yelena and Nurse Wendy delivered everything and more. They concentrated on partnering with us!!!! The were very clear and explained the plan of care easily!!! My son is 8urs old and didn’t flinch complain or move while be pricked. Best providers hands down! Very detailed and shows concern for her patients. Can’t wait to go back

Dr. Kopyltsova is really an outstanding doctor. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, she made us feel cared for. She remembered my son's scratched up back from an appointment 3 weeks prior (part of a terrible allergic reaction), she was considerate of his fears by offering to draw blood along with his upcoming annual visit (rather than two needles on two occasions), and she LISTENED to us during our visit. A doctor who is this considerate is rare these days. I will recommend her to all I know.

My daughter has been going to Dr.K for years and recently my younger son was introduced to the practice. Everyone there is very friendly and Dr. K is very kid friendly. She is extremely patient and soft spoken. My kids like her a lot. What’s most important is that’s she listens and really considers my feedback on an overall analysis.
