        Overall

        beware of this co, installed heater incorrectly and wouldn't honor a 10 year extended warranty on parts and labor, charged me 100.00 for service call to say warranty didn't cover the problem, heater was installed in 2005 trouble was in 2013, only lasted 8 years. buying new heater from different contractor now, that will be installed correctly!!!!!!!!
