Had a good experience starting out with getting out air fixed about a year and a half ago.. Since then our unit has over flowed water into the floor and onto our carpet multiple times. They came out once to complete it and blamed us for the reason it was overflowing water. The issue did not return again until this summer and now this company will not return any of our calls to come fix the issue. Also they left some kind of black gooey material on some of the pipes that keeps peeling off. Not satisfied and extremely pissed off. Do not use this company for any repairs. They just screw you in the end.

patterson repair service is not reliable and does a very bad jobm installing and repairing heat pumps. i would never have him repair or install anything for me ever again 111
