Extremely rude over the phone so we did not let them come to the house. They also do not give a free estimate on repair jobs or so I was told.

I called for an estimate. They showed up about 1 1/2 hrs late. I had to call the office for 3 days to get someone to tell me they didn't do free estimates. Why didn't they say this to begin with? Everyone else does free estimates. I recommend anybody else. If I don't know how much it's going to cost your not going to get the job.
