Worst CPA in Asheville! I've been a small business owner for 14 years and have never dealt with a more incompetent accounting firm. The firm bills like a law firm and couldn't care less about actually communicating with its clients. How dare a client actually want to communicate with a CPA regarding questions! Good luck actually talking to a CPA! The receptionist takes messages and may relay them, however, don't expect a phone call back. Go ahead, give this firm a try, and you'll see. Its employees = more overhead than other Asheville accounting firms. Stay away from this billing monster with its lack of customer service.
