AWFUL. Recommended by our insurance company for damage repairs. Project manager came to the house to evaluate job. Workers came on agreed-upon day with no clue. Possibly husband/wife/son team? Didn't have ceiling tiles. Didn't know what kind of ceiling tiles to buy. Didn't know where to buy them. Didn't have insulation. Didn't know what kind of insulation to buy. Didn't know where to buy it. My husband had to make some calls and then give the guy driving directions. He still got the wrong insulation and had to make another trip. Start time was set back approx. 2 hours. Son (?) was on his phone with someone regarding his car/truck. My husband tried to talk to this kid about the recessed ceiling tiles. Kid was offended because of course he knew how to hang them. Long story short: they did not finish the job in one day and the ceiling tiles were not done properly. They will not be coming back to finish the job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely awful company. They were recommended to me by my insurance company and after doing a self inspection when they asked for final payment I found out that they didn't repair half the things they claimed they did! They completely forgot to install the gutter guards, replace the furnace vent, and both window well covers. They also used very cheap materials and TERRIBLE craftsmanship. They came back out to finish up the repairs ONLY after I called my insurance company and reported them for insurance fraud. Mark would not return my phone calls or emails. Again they are asking for final payment and again they forgot to repair something. Still no response from my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
