This is the best service and highest quality I have seen.Very user friendly ,cost efficient,and exceptional attention to detail,I would call for all my flooring needs.They even fixed the water damage they found at no cost to keep the project on schedule.Very friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect of flooring and custom work.Definately a great deal!!! I will recommend this company in the future to anybody looking for flooring.
Poor customer service Missed 2 appointments. First one on call to let me know that they would not show up until after I called to find out why they had not shown. Second one after getting assurances that I would be first on there to do list I received a call saying that they would be there after they made 2 stops and before 11am at 12 still no show or phone call. Recommendations DO NOT USE.
