Overall

Last time! First time I visited this location with an injured ankle. They Xrayed it and told me it wasn't broken and to ice and elevate it. Well, I did that for over a week and still couldn't walk on it and I was in severe pain. I was told when I called back it could be broken and to come back in and have it Xrayed again and I would have to pay another office visit. After going somewhere else it was broken. Second time my husband visited he was coughing terribly and was having difficulty breathing, they Xrayed him and discovered he had Pneumonia. They gave him a breathing treatment there and sent him home with an antibiotic and prednisone. Hes still coughing terribly so I called them to inquire about stronger antibiotic but was told We will have to go back & be charged another visit because they will not give him a different antibiotic over the phone. Terrible and very disappointing. People cant afford to keep paying for their lack of good medical treatments.

Very adequate

My husband and I have been heremany times. It is eaeasier to get in than the Dr or the er. I have no complaints about the service. Yes sometimes it is slow and they always tell me to follow up with my own doctor.

I took my 15 year old daughter...

I took my 15 year old daughter in recently and she was diagnosed with bronchitis. She was given Zutripro. I was unhappy that this cost me so much money to begin with but didn't have time to read the warning sheet until later in the evening only to find out that it isn't recommended for people under 18 and it should not be used in people that have history of mental/behavioral issues. My daughter is 15 and is autistic and has anxiety. So I wanted to talk to the doctor before I gave her this medication. I call and am put on hold for a good half hour. I eventually hung up and called the pharmacy. I was happy with the treatment my daughter received when we were at the clinic but I am NOT happy with the fact that no one could be bothered to take my call and address my concerns.

* I would also like to add that I have spoken to an administrator at the hospital to complain about this. They took my complaint, helped me with my unanswered concerns and said the clinic will receive my complaint and respond. I understand if they are busy but if they can't take my call right away, someone could at least pick up and say it may be a little while. I would have accepted and understood that.

Updated 12/27 - I took my daughter back at the request of our primary doctor because she was out of office over the holidays and my daughter was getting worse. Our doctor had diagnosed her as having Pertussis but the meds were not working. We went back on 12/26 because my daughter was having many coughing episodes that would render her unable to breathe afterward. She would gasp for air. The idiot doctor dismissed the diagnosis from our primary doctor, said she just had a cough and she was fine. As I argued, she made up other reasons for the cough. Allergies. Asthma. This is neither of those things but she talked to me like I didn't know anything. I have put in yet another complaint and we will definitely never be going back. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them and am furious that I am out another $50 for this. They are WORTHLESS!
