Granite Busters

First choice was broken the day before installation, had to go in that late afternoon to pick a different granite, New granite was delivered 6 pm the the next day, it was obvious they did it in a hurry. Not one piece matched, looked like it was scraped from multiple pieces of grante. I told the installer it is horrible, the next day I called and expressed my disbelief and dislike to it, they said they would replace ASAP, it has been 3 weeks, NOTHING!! Attached are the photos

I purchased granite countertops for my kitchen and bathrooms from Granite Busters and am very happy with the service I received. They have a huge selection of stones within any price range and their salesmen were very helpful. Removal and install went perfect and I love my new kitchen and bathrooms. I recommend Granite Busters to anyone in the St. Louis area.

The granite looks good but they had a mis-measurement in one of the pieces. I had to make another appointment on a different date to complete the job. No compensation was offered for another day of lost work or gas. I told them it left a bad taste in my mouth and they didn't seem to care so buyer beware.

Granite Buster is the best. Had my kitchen redone and it looks beautiful. I want to thank my wonderful salesman and the staff and installers at Granite Buster. Was treated great, they gave me the BEST PRICE in St louis and when installers drove over to my house in West County, they were friendly and took time to do a great job. My neighbors seen the truck outside my house and wanted to come in and look afterwards, have to say all the husbands in neighborhood little upset because all the women want new countertops. Would recommend this place 5 star and GB get ready for all neigbors and family and friends. Will be doing some serious entertaining to show off my gorgeous kitchen,

My husband and I researched alot of companies including the big box stores and went with GB because they were better all around. The store made it easy to decide on the color we wanted and were very helpful and answered every one of our questions. My new countertops were installed within 3 weeks from visiting the store and the installers went above and beyond to do a great job! I would and have recommended them to everyone! My kitchen looks like a whole new room now and its beautiful!! The price and ease of picking everything out was the best we found anywhere. Its a one stop granite store, you pick out your slab and sink right there and they do all of the work, measuring, tearing out the old and installing the new at no extra charge,their great!

Do not use this company unless you have an electrician, a plumber and a carpenter on hand to repair all of their damage. Our countertops look great, but the demolition and installation process was a nightmare. They tear out your existing countertops with only a saw and the brute force of their bare hands. They cut the tiles on our walls and our cabinets with the saw, damaged the side of our brand-new refrigerator, and removed the garbage disposal simply by pulling very hard on it. They lost many hose and pipe connector pieces in the process.



When they came to install the countertops, they immediately asked if we had a drill they could use. Who arrives to a job without a drill? Then they proceeded to lose several parts to our new cooktop which made proper installation impossible. Because they lost the connectors and washers for the garbage disposal, they just installed it without them and left behind a big leaky mess. Meanwhile, the switch that was originally under our sink to turn on the disposal was left lying in the bottom of the cabinet. They had only one size of screws that were too long and instead of finding the correct size, they wanted to use what they had. Luckily, there was a general contractor at our house working on another project and he gave them the correct screws. Otherwise, we would’ve had screws sticking into the sides of our cabinets.



To top it all off, they charged us $2.50 more than what we were initially billed – it’s a small amount but it’s the principle. And, we were told that the supervisor would come out for the install and repair our refrigerator. Needless to say, that did not happen.



This company does very hasty work, takes too many shortcuts and has poor business ethics. In the end, you may save money, but you’ll spend it repairing the mess they leave behind. E&B Granite quoted roughly the same price for our countertops. Not sure if they are better, but it couldn’t have been much worse.
