        Overall

        I managed to find my plan, cancel sprint and pick out all my equipment in 30 minutes. It took away a while to transfer phones because of an issue and they even stayed a half hour after close to help.

        Incompetent sales people

        These were the most incompetent salespeople and management I have ever met. Because of their error in ordering phones it took two months for the order to cancel itself and then I was able to reorder direct through ATT. Definitely avoid this store. Terrible location and worst service.
