Designer Cosinger

Today I went into Designer Consignor to consign many items. I ended up walking out with a few sweaters for the fall and winter season. I also purchased a dress that seemed to be made for me. I fell in love with the store and the extremely helpful staff. Consigning is all new to me. Lyn the owner was extremely helpful in the consigning process, explaining in detail how it worked and the store policies. While I was browsing in the store, I observed how engaging she was with the customers. Lyn was extremely helpful to another customer who was looking for cowboy boots to go with an outfit that she had picked out and tried on. Lyn went out of her way for me also. She even called to see if one of the consignors would take 10% less than the price listed. No dice but it was very gracious of Lyn to call and ask for me. The store was a busy with customers shopping as well as consignors coming in to consign items and to retrieve payment from items sold, so a little patience was needed on my part. She apologize for the wait which is pretty typical in any retail store. Not only was this a friendly relaxed environment but the items in the store are a step above what I normally see in the consignment stores that I frequent. I LOVE to find a good deal for a quality product. I live in Howard County and will definitely travel there frequently to purchase and consign. I was so impressed that before I left the parking lot I was on the phone to my mother telling her that she had to go there!!! I had a fan-freakin-tastic experience.
