Arlington Power Equipment

I brought my mower in to have the guys at Arlington Power Equipment do some servicing on my JD lawn tractor including freeing up sticky steering, replacing belts, and a few other odds and ends. I was told when I dropped off the mower that it would take 1.5-2 weeks. Long story short, I didn't get the machine back for five weeks. To the owner, Ron Strattons credit he adjusted the bill from $375 down to $307 in an effort to make up for my having to wait so long. Fair enough. Forward to now, the new drive belt has hopped off the idler pulley several times so I went online to look up the proper configuration for that unit. The pulleys had been installed backward with the new drive belt riding on a cross member to the point of polishing where it rubbed the paint off and frayed the belt along the edges. Mistakes happen I guess however I won't make the mistake of taking my business to Arlington Power Equipment again.
