Reveal Medspa

I'm a long time customer of Reveal. I was terribly disappointed when I was told that I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was late, but in fact I was not. I was instructed to be there 15 minutes early for a 10:30 appointment; I was there at 10:22, SEVEN MINUTES past the arrival time and EIGHT MINUTES PRIOR to the appointment time. I believe I was used as a patsy simply because they were already way behind, looking around the office, it was apparent. I asked for a refund, since ALL of my treatments were prepaid and was told that someone from accounting would call me. Needless to say, Reveal's track record with scheduling appointments is a known fact. The fact that the Manager was playing receptionist leaves me to believe the other reviews regarding their short comings in staff. I've never been greeted with ?Did you know your appointment was at 10:15" A Hello would have sufficed. SAVE YOUR MONEY. What's their policy regarding the many 15-30 minute wait times I've endured?
