They are the Best! I called another company, they came out and looked (literally... stood and looked, didn't even touch) my ac and said, "yep, its broken". He went back to his truck, and in about a half an hour, he came back with an estimate to replace the entire system! I am going to admit, that it is an older system, that probably should be replaced, but I am a single mom, with a very limited income. I told him I didn't have the money to replace it right then. So he left. That is when my girlfriend recommended TNS Mechanical Services. She had used them before, and they were very reliable and honest. So a few weeks later, I scraped together enough money for a service call and called them. He came to my home right away, and within about 30 minutes had my home cooling down. They are the company you need to call first when your ac has a problem! I was so impressed! My AC worked for another 2 YEARS after that! So,of course I called them to replace my unit! I never felt pressured to buy anything. The technician gave me a few options, based on my outlook for my family and my home. Once I made the decision, they worked around my schedule, being a single mother, my time is valuable. Their guys were clean cut and very well mannered. They showed up on time. I knew they would, the technician called me the night before to confirm, and then the next day, he kept me updated on his arrival status. The put down tarps and were very considerate of my home. When they were finished, I couldn't tell they were even there, other than my home was COLD! My electric bills dropped, and the noise outside my bedroom went away! I love my AC Company! They have definitely earned a customer for life! I tell everyone about how great they are!
