A month later and finally our washer is working. After 4 visits 3 techs actually came out 1 visit cancelled without notice 2 parts ordered neither fixed the washer. Not sure what the problem was with the washer or what we paid for I guess the visits. A washer is an important appliance in a home of 4 adults and 1 kid. We had to go to the laundromat three times something I haven't done in about 20 years. The fix turnaround time was terrible to say the least. Each time the tech came out the part they ordered was not what was needed so another part had to be ordered. The money spent on diagnostics should be refunded because they could never get it right.
