RLG Mechanical

Rodney Gaston, of RLG Machanical is an exellent HVAC contractor. One Sunday morning on one of the coldest days of the year my Mother's heating unit was not working. I notified Rodney approximatley 11:30 am. He arrived approximatley 2 pm. By 3 pm her house was heating comfortble by 3 pm. My Mother was very satified with his service and response time,

NOT RECOMMENDED! Just used RLG. My unit is making a loud noise. He said there's nothing wrong with it, charged me $89, and my problem still exists. He didn't check the temperature or load. I will have to call someone else out. SAD!!!

I came home last night with a sick child to find that my air conditioner had conked out in 100 degree weather. Rodney did some very thorough trouble shooting over the phone with me to see if I could fix it myself. When we couldnt do that, he scheduled an appointment with me first thing the next morning. RLG arrived on time and was very professional. I would recommend this to anyone looking for great service in a crunch!
