Kautz Property Management

As a rental property owner, I have been very pleased with Kautz Property Management. I have used this company since the owner's father ran it in the 1980s. My houses were rented quickly and renters usually renewed their leases. I avoided all the landlord headaches while they did all the work. I made the mistake of using another company in Arlington once-it was awful. I would recommend Kautz to anyone-and I have!

Horrible management. DO NOT USE KAUTZ!! The house we rented was NOT taken care of. When we expressed concern over anything, Hans, the owner, just dismissed it and wouldn't listen to our case at all. They don't care about their properties and they don't care about their tenants. And when you move out, they will charge you for things that were there before you moved in and take a huge chunk out of your deposit. Keep looking - it's not worth renting from them.
