        Eric was the technician that serviced our A/C after hours on a holiday weekend. We were given a 1 hour window...he arrived during that time. He explained everything he looked at and tested. He was patient when I asked questions. Without a doubt top notch service from top notch, professional and patient man. Thank you Eric!
